Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are entered into by and between Dayung Logistics Incorporated, doing business as No Frills Cars (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and the customer (“you” or “your”) who submits a car rental request via our onboarding form and rental agreement process. By proceeding with a reservation, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Vehicle Usage and Maintenance

- Our vehicles are maintained to ensure reliability. If you encounter any issues, notify us immediately. We typically resolve problems or schedule repairs within 24 hours.

- Routine maintenance, including oil changes and tire repair, can usually be arranged within 1–2 business days.
- If your rental period exceeds 60 days, your vehicle has been driven over 3,500 miles, or averages over 80 miles/day for 15 days or more, you agree to return the vehicle for a quick maintenance inspection upon request.

2. Pickup, Drop-off, and Fuel Policy

- Vehicle pickup is available at 60 South Telegraph, Waterford, MI 48328, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

- If the fuel level is low at pickup, you may return it at a similar level. No refueling penalties will apply.

3. Geographic Restrictions

- Vehicles are not permitted to leave the state of Michigan. Any out-of-state usage must be explicitly authorized in writing.

4. Insurance Requirements

- You must maintain active insurance throughout the rental period.

- For rideshare usage, insurance must be provided by authorized partners.

- For all other use cases, we recommend RentalCover (https://www.rentalcover.com) for affordable daily coverage.

5. Payments and Deposits

- Payments are processed daily via Stripe.

- A $50 deposit is required. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the business after vehicle return, typically within 60 days.

- We reserve the right to withhold deposits for violations or damages. Non-payment may result in remote vehicle starter disablement.

6. Consent and Acknowledgment

- By submitting the onboarding form, uploading your driver's license, and checking the acknowledgment boxes, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

- These terms may be updated occasionally, and the most current version will be provided upon request.
